Our KM session went well today. Almost 20 people attended the seminar, and we had five speakers that shared with us their experience from the conferences they'd gone to. The speakers are: Associate Professor Suwannee, Dr. Supaluk, Dr. Karnchanoke, Aj. Korakot, and Aj. Duangta. The conferences they attended and discussed at the KM session today were:
1. Doing Research in Applied Linguistics (by KMUTT, 21-22 April, 2011) (Dr. Karnchanoke)
2. The 2nd International Conference on Foreign Language Classroom Practice (by the Language Institute, TU, 11-12 March, 2011) (Aj. Duangta)
3. Teaching Language to Learners of Different Age Groups: 46th RELC International Seminar (Singapore, 18-20 April 2011) (Associate Professor Suwannee, Dr. Supaluk, and Aj. Korakot).
Many of the session participants asked interesting questions, and the session provided a lot of good ideas about research and teaching.
Materials from the conferences will be available soon. We have to organize them and start labeling our notes and handouts at this point.
We look forward to seeing you again at our next KM session!
